Our workshops or seminar consists of an introduction to, and work with personal profiles.
It includes the following elements:
- Introduction to types of persons based on Insights Discovery (see more in the following section). With this, the participants can gain insight into their own strengths - as well as strengths of others eg. strong and weak points.
- Introduction to how to decipher what type of person you are facing.
- Review of how to effectively communicate to the 4 basic types.
- Review of how to work effectively together.
There will be a lot of dialogue in the workshop and examples will be included from the participants.
Results are:
- Increases personal efficiency.
- Boost sales work.
- Create a common language to explain differences in personality.
- Improves cooperation.
