Meet our new Director, Jeanette Winther.
Starting this august, Jeanette is going to be responsible for our sub brand Job+ (www.jobplus.dk), while also participating in Bysted & Partners Executive Search activities in close cooperation with René Bysted.
She holds a Master in Psychology from Roskilde University and a bachelor degree in Physiotherapy. Since 2012 Jeanette has been engaged in elite coaching at the Danish Golf Academy, PGA-instructor at the PGA, is a Tennis Expert and founded the MaKasCa Padel Academy in 2021.
Jeanette is very Dynamic, entrepreneurial, and purposeful profile with a great
integrity and empathetic values. She is distinctly analytical in her approach to tasks and people -
but at the same time, she possesses a great creativity and a tremendous drive. We look forward to having this approach activated in our company, and believe Jeanette has an exciting time ahead of her in this industry.
The focus for Jeanette will be our sub brand Job+, helping clients attracting and selecting talent in a professional process – ensuring both candidates and hiring company effectively succeed in the best possible match.
Privately Jeanette has lived eight years as an ex-pat in London and Portugal and came home to Copenhagen last year - she now lives in Klampenborg, just north of Copenhagen, with her 6 yo. girl Carla. Sport has always been a frequent factor in Jeanette’s life, and she has participated in countless championships both nationally and internationally – today it is Paddle tennis, that takes up all Jeanettes time.
