Meet our valued colleague Lasse.
Lasse Aagaard Riisberg (33 years old) is our Senior Research Consultant and started with us back in 2020, when he was a student at Copenhagen Business School. He holds a Bachelor in English and Organizational Communication.
Before starting at Bysted & Partners, Lasse also worked part time as a Research associate at an other Copenhagen based Executive Search company for approx. 1½ year.
As a part of our team, he has now effectively been a part of more than 30 executive search projects and ensured both our candidates and clients a professional process and outstanding results. Lasse always ensure his knowledge of clients, culture, frameworks, markets, and the room for maneuver is always at its best. At Bysted & Partners, we also always strive to be iterative, ensuring the best outcome no matter the obstacles, and Lasse master this perfectly.
We had the pleasure to Appoint Lasse to Senior this January, based on his solid performance and constantly impressive developments. Lasse is a team player and is mastering collaboration across age, culture, and seniority to almost perfection – always eager to contribute, learn and support. We are proud to have Lasse on our team and look forward to our future cooperation and development.
Privately Lasse lives with his Partner Maja and their 2-year-old son in Copenhagen, but originally Lasse is from Haderslev in Jutland. In his spare time, he spends time with his lovely family, but he is also a very eager angler who spends uncountable hours roaming Sjælland’s shoreline as well as Jutland’s freshwater streams in his pursuit for seatrout and salmon.
Lasse has a clear ambition within the field of Executive Search, which is to be best in class when it comes to searching and attracting talent for our customers. He has already taken solid career steps at Bysted & Partners and both he and the company share a mutual view on how to elevate our search to the next level.
