Bysted & Partners now have the pleasure of welcoming yet another Associated Partner to the team – Carina Johansson.
Carina is a multilingual professional with plus ten years experience as a manager in a number of lines of business such as insurance, education and training, health care sector and, most recently, recruiting and staffing. She also has plus five years experience from working as a management consultant, both in the private and the public sector. She has been working internationally, in the Nordics and the rest of the world, since the start of her career.
Carina is Swedish, lives in Malmö, has double masters degrees, in Political Science as well as Quality and Leadership Development and, speaks fluent Swedish, Danish and English. She is a certified DiSC facilitator for Wileys DiSC (2014) and, an ICF certified coach since 2015. She is currently doing training and will be a certified stress coach in February 2020.
Her clients praise her ability to facilitate and help create lasting understanding in complex issues such as communication, cultural awareness, self-leadership and motivation. One of her strengths is asking to-the-point questions and finding the root issue, find innovative solutions for how to resolve it and creating an engaging process for making it a reality.
Bysted & Partners is gaining a dedicated and experienced partner with a very high level of energy and a very positive and trustworthy mindset. She knows her primary market in Sweden well and has the skills and abilities to be a trusted advisor and coach to any management.
At Bysted & Partners, Carinas main focus will be strengthening the management and recruitment consultancy business in Sweden and Denmark.
